Customers must inform our driver of the contents of each box or barrel and confirm whether the items are new or used. Accurate information is required for shipping and customs purposes.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after your items have been collected.
An invoice containing our UK and Ghana bank payment details will be issued after collection. By booking our service, you agree to make payment immediately following collection.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery from the UK to Ghana is 6–8 weeks. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, weather, shipping schedules, or delays experienced by MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company) or other transport providers.
